Development of importation scheme for an official exclusive distributor of motor vehicles

Lawyers at Kosta Legal have developed a tailor-cut scheme for importation of a large number of motor vehicles by an official exclusive distributor of worldwide famous brand.
The developed scheme is unique in its kind and allows a foreign manufacturer to supply motor vehicles to its Uzbek clients where all the customs formalities being carried by the official distributor.
Though, this scheme has not been previously used in practice, the state customs authorities after negotiations with Kosta Legal recognized and accepted this scheme as legally valid and operational.
