Mr. Vazgen Grigoryan is one of Uzbekistan’s most highly regarded litigators and corporate law practitioners, having vast experience in advising clients on corporate restructurings and insolvency, complex cross-border commercial litigation cases, regulatory enforcement proceedings and multi-jurisdictional investigations. Vazgen’s work for the past 20 years has covered the full range of corporate litigation issues, including acting for foreign investment banks in disputes arising out of using financial instruments and letters of credit and advising world’s largest multinational corporations in investment disputes involving the Uzbek state.
